Sie wurde speziell für den Werkzeugbau entwickelt und bietet eine intelligente Automatisierung, die die Fähigkeiten des Werkzeugbauers ergänzt, um Werkzeuge höchster Qualität zu liefern und gleichzeitig die Produktionszeit und -kosten zu reduzieren.

Kurzbeschreibung

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt einen Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter für den Vertriebsinnendienst unserer Softwareprodukte am Standort Ettlingen.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Vertriebsinnendienst mit Oracle NetSuite und Salesforce
  • Interne und externe Verwaltung von Aufträgen, Kontrakten und deren Abwicklung
  • Auftragsbezogenes Bestellwesen / Einkauf beim Hersteller/ Lieferanten  
  • Lieferterminüberwachung für Kunden  
  • Koordinations- und Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und Hersteller auch in englischer Sprache 
  • Aufbereitung von Kundenzusammenhängen und Strukturierung von vorhandenen Informationen im ERP System 
  • Unterstützung von digitalen und Live-Veranstaltungen (Anmeldeverfahren, Hotelbuchungen ...)

Anforderungsprofil

  • kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office und Oracle NetSuite Anwendungen und/oder Salesforce (alternativ SAP Kenntnisse)
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche, selbständige und Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Product Portfolio

Cimatron provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines. Created with the toolmaker in mind, it provides intelligent automation that complements the toolmaker’s skills to deliver the highest quality tools while compressing production time and cost.

The role

We are looking for a commercial employee for the internal sales department of our software products at the Ettlingen location to ensure coordination with the customers and to deliver on time and accurate required documents to process orders and ensure updated data within the systems.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Internal sales service with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Internal and external administration of orders, contracts and their processing
  • Order-related ordering/purchasing from manufacturer/supplier 
  • Delivery date monitoring for customers 
  • Coordination and communication interface between customers, sales and manufacturer also in English language
  • Preparation of customer correlations and structuring of existing information in the ERP and CRM system
  • Supporting digital and live events (registration process, hotel bookings …)

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training
  • Good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Oracle NetSuite applications and/or Salesforce (alternative SAP knowledge)
  • Good communication and teamwork spirit
  • Autonomous, self-reliant and customer-oriented way of working
  • Self-organized to ensure time and accurate deliverable documents to customers and ensure the right follow up internally and externally.
  • High level of rigor to ensure data accuracy within sales ordering process but also in the data management of systems (ERP, CRM)
