Rollenzusammenfassung
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort in Neuenstadt am Kocher einen IT Infrastruktur Spezialist (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung der reibungslosen und fehlerfreien Funktionsfähigkeit der technischen Infrastruktur am Standort
- Beschaffung, Implementierung, Installation und Verwaltung von IT-Systemen (Hard-/Software)
- Einweisung von Mitarbeitern aller Fachbereiche in eingesetzte Softwareprogramme, Produktionssteuer- und IT-Systeme
- Überwachung und Fehlerbeseitigung in dem Produktionssteuerungssystem (MES/Shopfloor)
- Unterstützung im First-Level Support und User Helpdesk
- Verantwortung für ordnungsgemäßes IT-Change Management (beispielsweise das Führen von Change Logs)
- Koordination und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern (Helpdesks, Service- und Wartungspartner etc.)
- Mitarbeit und Übernahme der IT-Projektleitung bei Erstinstallations-, Erweiterungs- und Modernisierungsprojekten
- Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung von Audits (Bsp.: SOX-Audit, TISAX)
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen im IT-Bereich
Wonach wir suchen:
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft für Einsätze auch außerhalb der gewöhnlichen Bürozeiten (mit Ausgleich)
- Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und Eigenmotivation
- Hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
Ihre bevorzugten Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im oben genannten Bereich
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
