About the Role:
- As part of the Sales Operations Team, the Role of Sales Support Assistant is responsible for supporting the EU sales organization in the commercial contract execution over the entire project and product lifecycle.
- This includes among others, the update and verification of OEM prize data, internal prize adjustments and any other pricing relevant change in HARMAN ERP system.
- In addition, this role will support other Sales Operations Tasks such as revenue adjustments, account receivables and reimbursement tracking.
- The position owner has excellent analytical and operational skills in area of sales operations and shall drive continuously improve and standardize sales operations processes.
What you will do:
- Data Management in SAP and other tools (pricing data based on price agreements, plan prices and others) for European customers
- Calculate and post sales-related accruals, i.e. APRs/claims, buy-ins-, tooling- and engineering amortization
- Ensure in time calculation and reporting of adjusted revenue in context of period closing
- Responsibility for compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support and cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Provide the Management Team/Organization with regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage or participate in departmental improvement projects and processes.
- In support of sales operations your role might also cover:
- Preparation and tracking of non-standard invoice requests
- Support of accounts receivable tracking, claims management and customer communication
- Various types of sales administration tasks like user access, customer portal management and special reporting
What you need:
- Vocational training in field of economics or similar
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in an international (controlling or sales support) function, preferably automotive.
- Ability to work effectively in commercial environment and coordinating role with functional departments.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of/experience in ERP systems: SAP FI/CO (SAP BW/IBP nice to have)
- Fluent in English and Hungarian. German nice-to-have.
- Tenacious but professional approach. Flexible with a high degree of determination and perseverance
- Excellent communication skills
