The Opportunity

The Sales Support Administrator is a non-customer facing support role to the Global Sales organization.  The focus is on providing support for order fulfillment activities by serving as the primary operational liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance. Responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, schedule maintenance, backlog management, shipment coordination, and system data integrity to support revenue attainment, supply execution, and customer service objectives across Allegro's global business.

What You Will Do

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders, schedule releases, and order changes through Oracle, EDI, customer portals, and manual submissions.

  • Maintain customer order schedules, including pull-ins, pushouts, quantity changes, delivery date revisions/schedules, and other order-related transactions.

  • Review, validate, and resolve order entry issues, EDI exceptions, pricing discrepancies, MOQ concerns, and customer part number (CPN) requirements.

  • Monitor and manage open orders, backlog, shipment status, and delivery commitments; provide timely updates to Customer Service and Sales teams.

  • Coordinate initial expedite requests and schedule recovery activities with Planning and Supply Chain teams.

  • Generate and distribute backlog reports, shipment advice, and operational updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with Logistics and Shipping teams to support shipment execution, carrier changes, tracking requests, and special shipping requirements.

  • Submit and coordinate system requests related to customer master maintenance, pricing updates, CPN additions, and Oracle support issues.

  • Monitor customer portals for demand changes, purchase orders, and schedule releases; ensure timely system updates and processing.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order fulfillment issues, supply constraints, and operational risks while supporting Allegro's revenue and customer service objectives.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure with a willing-to-learn and “can do” attitude

  • Good organizing and planning skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, ModelN, and Oracle would be advantageous

  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
