- Be the problem solver by investigating discrepancies, resolving supply chain issues, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
- Keep everyone connected through proactive communication with customers, toll processors, vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery commitments and contract obligations are met.
- Drive inventory and systems accuracy through effective inventory transactions, reporting, reconciliation and data management. Working across platforms including Trade, D365, PRODOC and Power BI.
- Support smarter decision-making by analysing data, forecasting inventory and supply chain requirements, and providing insights that improve customer service, profitability and operational efficiency.
Ōu Pūkenga /About You:
You're a highly organised and energetic professional who enjoys working at pace and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to resolve an issue. You thrive in complex environments, can manage multiple priorities at once, and have a natural ability to build strong relationships across all levels of a business.
You'll bring experience in areas such as supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, sales support, warehousing or contract administration, along with a strong customer-focused mindset.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience using ERP and business systems, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Trade, PRODOC or Power BI highly regarded.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across customers, vendors and internal teams.
- A proactive, investigative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting inventory, logistics, sales contracts, purchasing or supply chain operations.
