About the position

The regional Sales supervisor Asia Pacific is a crucial position to manage the sales activities in Regional shared service center Asia Pacific.

Key Tasks

  • Daily operation tasks handling including not limited to comer quotation
  • Interface and create opportunity with designated account in both operation control and quotation services
  • Support the preparation of presentation material & analysis and attend Regular Performance Review Meetings
  • Fully design SOPs, ensure their Implementation & follow up
  • Manage internal and external customer expectations and align with our capabilities and service levels
  • Analyze the performance & quality via KPI and business partner’s feedback and determine gaps
  • Work with internal service / support departments to achieve KPI goals
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities
  • Daily workload arrangement and balance within the team
  • Support and execute contingency plan/cross training plan
  • Support SSC sales manager to build up an effective team, coach and develop team members, monitor performance on daily basis and timely communicate/escalate to improve, regular report performance in a structural way, complete assigned projects successfully.

  • University / Bachelor’s degree in international logistics or freight forwarding apprenticeship
  • 8 years work experience preferred in an international environment
  • 3 years of people management experience (minimum) Language Skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Other languages (written and spoken) beneficial Computer Literacy
  • Advanced understanding and capability in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Projects, Visio)

  • Decision authority as delegated by the direct manager in accordance with Hellmann regulations

Skills Required
