We’re looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to partner directly with our VP of Sales. This is a highly operational role focused on improving how the sales organization works.

Working directly with the VP of Sales, you’ll identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive work, and build systems that help the organization operate more effectively. You’ll take ideas and business problems, evaluate the best path forward, and turn them into practical solutions—whether that means building an AI-powered workflow, driving a cross-functional project, developing reporting, or creating materials that are both internal and customer facing.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, strategy, and AI. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be highly comfortable with modern AI tools, quick to learn new technology, and capable of taking a concept from idea to implementation with minimal oversight.


  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations across the sales organization.
  • Use tools such as Claude, Gong, Gumloop, and Salesforce to streamline processes and eliminate manual work.
  • Create and refine prompts, workflows, and operating procedures to ensure consistent and reliable results.
  • Evaluate and test AI systems to identify failure points, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own special projects from inception through execution, coordinating across teams as needed.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, analyses, presentations, and executive-ready materials to support decision-making.
  • Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Document systems and processes so they can be adopted and maintained by the broader team.
  • Track adoption, impact, and performance of AI initiatives and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and capabilities and proactively identify ways they can be applied to the business.
  • Drive execution on key priorities, projects, and operational initiatives across the sales organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows, solve business problems, or automate work.
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Claude and automation tools such as Gumloop, n8n, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of how sales organizations operate.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations and executive-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

Skills Required
