The role also supports product leadership by improving development practices, mentoring product teams, driving agile adoption, establishing experimentation frameworks, defining data platform roadmaps, overseeing client engineering, gathering customer feedback, prioritizing product portfolios, and ensuring timely feature delivery.

Drive new business growth across automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, dealer groups, and marketplaces in Australia and APAC. Build executive relationships, conduct consultative AI platform sales, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate and close deals, monitor automotive market trends, and develop strategic partnerships. The role requires substantial automotive industry knowledge, strong networks, and up to 50% regional travel.

Manages existing customer accounts using conversational AI and AI marketing automation solutions for automotive dealers, OEMs, and marketplaces. Responsibilities include client relationship management, retention and growth strategies, performance reporting, identifying business challenges, explaining AI solutions, coordinating with AI specialists and data scientists, and managing multiple projects. Performs manual end-to-end testing for an AI conversational application and related features. Creates test plans, cases, checklists, scripts, and processes; executes tests; identifies and documents defects; analyzes requirements; collaborates with developers and testers; and assists with test automation development.
