We are looking for a Sales Strategy Intern to join our Sales Strategy team in Milan. As Sales Strategy Intern, your mission will be to work on real projects that directly shape how our sales organisation plans its growth, measures performance and makes data-driven decisions. You will build the dashboards, reports and analyses that Sales Leadership relies on every day — contributing to strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and data.
Working at Doctolib means being part of a team transforming healthcare access across Europe. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment where your contributions will be visible and meaningful from day one.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reporting & Dashboard Building
- Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment)
- Automate recurring reports and ensure data quality across reporting sources
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales performance, market segmentation and territory coverage
- Identify trends and summarize findings in clear, actionable formats to support business cases and strategic decisions
Go-to-Market & Planning Support
- Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive presentations
- Contribute to planning cycles by gathering and structuring data, and build scalable templates for recurring activities
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align on data definitions, reporting standards and ongoing strategic projects.
Working with us, you will:
- Understand how a leading tech company turns revenue goals into operational plans and performance tracking
- Build expertise in data visualization, dashboard design and communicating insights to senior stakeholders
- Develop cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Finance, and Marketing and strengthen your knowledge of B2B go-to-market strategy.
Before you read on — if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
You could be our next teammate if:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- You have strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring)
- You are comfortable building clear and well-structured presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- You have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks
- You have an AI-first approach
- You are fluent in English and Italian.
Now it would be fantastic if you:
- Have a first exposure to SQL or data querying
- Are familiar with a BI or data visualisation tool (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar)
- Have an interest in SaaS, B2B, or health tech
- Have a previous internship or academic project involving data analysis.
- A detailed, structured and individual onboarding program within our Doctolib Academy
- Reimbursement of public transportation (ATM)
- Electronic meal vouchers (€8.00 per worked day), Foorban fridges and office breakfast
- A flexible workplace policy offering up to 2 days of hybrid work per week
- A modern, attractive office in Milan, including regular breakfast offers, gym and other benefits
- Regular team building workshops and other company events
- A partnership with Wellhub, as well as free access to the gym in our Milan office, with 3 classes offered per week (yoga, pilates, functional training)
- Free mental health and coaching services through our partner Moka.care.
- Online interview with a team member
- Onsite interview with your future Manager, including a case study
- Offer!
