Role: Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing the success of our sales leadership across the world. This position will combine administrative excellence and operational support. The successful candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who will collaborate closely with the VPs of Sales, ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Ensure all required steps and events (e.g., prep calls, internal calls, follow-ups, etc.) are scheduled and completed on time.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process.
- Monitor and track progress through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Send reminders and confirmations to ensure attendance and preparedness.
- Communication & Follow-Up:
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and milestones in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Generate regular reports on sales cycle progress, bottlenecks, and completed actions.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements.
- Help implement best practices for smoother coordination and tracking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
