In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales of B&R’s next generation technology, machine connectivity, automation & edge, high end motion system & technology software solutions in the southern region/market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement.

This role is contributing to the Automation Division-B&R in Faridabad, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Meeting customers and partners regularly to generate enquiries and build a solid pipeline in machine automation solutions across the north region/market.
Analyzing customer requirements and market trends to create and present techno-commercial offers for motion systems, robotics, drives, connectivity, and software solutions. •
Handling negotiations, closing deals, and managing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and seamless customer engagement.
Acting as a brand ambassador and consultant to promote advanced automation, advanced technologies, and future-ready solutions.
Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and product demos to showcase knowledge in industrial automation and increase brand visibility.
Creating accurate forecasts using CRM tools to enable data-driven decision-making, business growth, and after-sales engagement.
Qualifications for the role:
3–8 years of sales experience in the automation industry (machine automation, motion/controls, robotics, drives, motors).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electricals, EEC, Instrumentation, or similar disciplines).
Demonstrated experience in industrial automation with practical application development experience.
Solid background in solution selling and managing complex technical sales cycles, with preference for multinational company exposure.
Effective communication and negotiation skills — both verbal and written — to engage diverse stakeholders.
High professionalism and integrity in customer interactions, with a consultative approach to building long-term partnerships.
Fluency in English and with knowledge of at least one regional language preferred.
