What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Success: You'll plan, lead, and enhance the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with DNV's goals. Your focus will be on MSC and Training service lines.
  • Expand Our Reach: Work with the local team to meet business requirements and exceed targets. You'll play a key role in acquiring new customers through cold calling and mailing.
  • Innovate and Lead: You'll submit new ideas and innovations for DNV activities, monitor the market to identify needs, and propose sales policies and plans.
  • Build Relationships: You'll manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve KPIs for new product sales, prepare and sign offers and contracts, and continuously monitor and improve sales processes.

If you don't live within a commutable distance from the Gdynia/Katowice office (e.g., more than an hour's commute), you have the option to work remotely from another location in Poland. 

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Educational Edge: While a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus, it's not a requirement. What matters most is your enthusiasm and drive.
  • Experience Advantage: Previous sales or marketing experience is beneficial but not essential. We value a self-driven and service-minded attitude above all.
  • Skill Set: You're commercially oriented with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Polish and communicative English is essential.
  • On the Move: You own a car and have an active driving license. You’re ready to travel as business needs dictate.
  • Industry Insight: In-depth knowledge of MSC, Training, and other services is a definite plus.
