Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and business development activities for Japan region.
- Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals and customer presentations.
- Communicate with clients in Japanese (emails, calls, virtual meetings).
- Coordinate with internal engineering and proposal teams for technical clarifications.
- Conduct market research on hydrogen and renewable energy developments in Japan.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Support in customer follow-ups and order closures.
- Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and industry events (as required).
Education and Experience required :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical).
- MBA in Sales and Marketing / International Business is preferred.
- 0.6 –2 years of experience in sales, business development or techno-commercial role is desired.
- Mandatory: Candidates who can speak Japanese language is desired.
- Proof of Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred) is required.
- Candidates must provide valid certification as evidence of Japanese language competency.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
