Lead development and execution of hypothesis-driven electrochemical test strategies for PEM stacks, manage test lab infrastructure and diagnostics (EIS, CVM), drive RCA and DFMEA-based protocols, build and mentor a testing team, ensure data quality and cost transparency, and coordinate cross-functional alignment to meet uptime, data-quality, and reliability targets.

Lead end-to-end commercial activities for Eastern and Central India: prospecting, converting enquiries to orders, managing deliveries, and collections. Develop and execute strategic and annual sales plans, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to grow brand and revenue in industrial and renewable sectors.

Lead mechanical integration and optimization of multi-layer electrolyzer stacks, defining compression strategy, analyzing load transfer and sealing, correlating compression with electrochemical performance, developing FEA models, and designing validation tests to ensure durability, leak resistance, and manufacturability.

Design, model, and integrate electromechanical systems including PCBA enclosures and cabling. Manage design lifecycle from concept to DVT, create sheet metal and complex assembly drawings, perform mechanical calculations, use PLM (Team Center), follow ECN/ECR and DFMEA processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Provide technical project management and travel when required.

Perform testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting of PEM electrolyzer stacks; run GC analysis; collaborate with engineers and technicians; prepare reports and presentations; drive test improvements; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The Senior Specialist - Safety ensures compliance with EHS regulations, manages contractor safety, leads incident investigations, conducts audits, and promotes safety culture. This role involves developing EHS systems, emergency preparedness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Design, develop, and improve mechanical and electrical systems, tooling, fixtures, jigs, machines and manufacturing aids for electrolyzer production. Create and maintain 2D/3D drawings, BOMs and technical documentation; coordinate procurement, installation, commissioning and validation. Support FMEA, risk and safety reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and drive process improvements, cost reduction and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Assist in the electrical design of electrolyzer test stations, develop schematics, support CAD modeling, and collaborate with mechanical engineers.

Ensure incoming raw materials and supplier components meet specifications through incoming inspection, supplier quality assurance, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement using statistical tools and quality methodologies. Support manufacturing teams, maintain quality records, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
