Hands-on EPCM Staff Engineer responsible for process and mechanical basic engineering for hydrogen production and downstream systems. Duties include engineering calculations and Excel models, equipment sizing and datasheets, supplier RFQs and evaluations, cost estimation, EPC coordination, HAZOP/HAZID participation, and occasional site support for installation, testing, and commissioning.

Lead reliability strategy for PEM electrolyzer stacks: define roadmap and quantified targets, implement DFMEA/PFMEA, design ALT and DVP&R, run electrochemical diagnostics (EIS, CV, LSV), drive root-cause analysis, collaborate with materials and manufacturing, and own qualification plans, budgets, timelines, and closed-loop corrective actions.

Lead end-to-end commercial activities for Eastern and Central India: prospecting, converting enquiries to orders, managing deliveries, and collections. Develop and execute strategic and annual sales plans, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to grow brand and revenue in industrial and renewable sectors.

Lead mechanical integration and optimization of multi-layer electrolyzer stacks, defining compression strategy, analyzing load transfer and sealing, correlating compression with electrochemical performance, developing FEA models, and designing validation tests to ensure durability, leak resistance, and manufacturability.

The Senior Specialist - Safety ensures compliance with EHS regulations, manages contractor safety, leads incident investigations, conducts audits, and promotes safety culture. This role involves developing EHS systems, emergency preparedness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical components, develop suppliers, ensure timely delivery, drive cost reduction initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Assist in the electrical design of electrolyzer test stations, develop schematics, support CAD modeling, and collaborate with mechanical engineers.

Ensure incoming raw materials and supplier components meet specifications through incoming inspection, supplier quality assurance, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement using statistical tools and quality methodologies. Support manufacturing teams, maintain quality records, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Lead design and administration of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and budget control. Drive total rewards strategy, salary benchmarking, Workday implementation, job analysis, market surveys, and team development while advising stakeholders and managing pension, insurance, and deferred compensation programs.
