Manage contract manufacturing quality for EMS, PCBA, cable harnesses, power electronics, and unit assemblies. Define supplier quality requirements, conduct audits, resolve incoming quality issues, and drive corrective actions. Oversee manufacturing inspections and process controls, lead FAI and customer quality activities, manage CAPA and complaints, analyze quality KPIs, and promote Lean, Six Sigma, and mistake-proofing initiatives. Ensure compliance with PPAP, FAIR, customer requirements, and shipment acceptance criteria.

Supports project managers in planning, scheduling, cost and procurement tracking, risk and issue management, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role monitors milestones, deliverables, budgets, vendor commitments, and project status across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, procurement, and site teams. It also prepares meetings and reports, escalates risks and delays, and supports projects through delivery within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.

Lead end-to-end commercial activities for Eastern and Central India: prospecting, converting enquiries to orders, managing deliveries, and collections. Develop and execute strategic and annual sales plans, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to grow brand and revenue in industrial and renewable sectors.

Design, model, and integrate electromechanical systems including PCBA enclosures and cabling. Manage design lifecycle from concept to DVT, create sheet metal and complex assembly drawings, perform mechanical calculations, use PLM (Team Center), follow ECN/ECR and DFMEA processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Provide technical project management and travel when required.

Design, develop, and improve mechanical and electrical systems, tooling, fixtures, jigs, machines and manufacturing aids for electrolyzer production. Create and maintain 2D/3D drawings, BOMs and technical documentation; coordinate procurement, installation, commissioning and validation. Support FMEA, risk and safety reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and drive process improvements, cost reduction and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Assist in the electrical design of electrolyzer test stations, develop schematics, support CAD modeling, and collaborate with mechanical engineers.
