We are looking for an experienced Engineer with sales background, for our Motion Business Area based in Zagreb office. This position covers: North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania.

According to needs you would travel to the mentioned regions.

You will proactively monitor sales performance, implement corrective actions, and lead efforts to secure business growth. Additionally, you will be a technical consultant to customers and develop the distributor's sales organization to achieve and exceed goals.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for sales of drives, motors, and PLCs, driving volumes and margins, and building strong customer relationships through excellent service.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid this role is contributing to the Motion business in Zagreb.

You will be mainly accountable for:

•   Propose optimal solutions with ABB products - electric motors, frequency converters, PLC's for applications, educate customers on improving energy efficiency.
•    Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
•    Preparing sales documentation using company tools.
•    Creating added value for the customer and ABB, and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
•    Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
•    Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
•    Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Qualifications:

• You are immersed in working with Drives, Motors, and PLCs, and the LV/MV drive systems market.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in sales with a minimum of 4/5 years of experience in the field.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Salesforce, MS tools, and SAP system.
• You are passionate about developing and managing customer relationships and have strong communication skills.
• You hold a Degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or Control and Automation Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in Croatian at a fluent level and English at an advanced level.
• You hold a valid driving license and have no obstacles for traveling
