Your Role and Responsibilities 

· Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.

· Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.

· Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

· Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.

Qualifications for the Role

· Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial/mechanical-electronic engineering or related field

· 5+ years working experience and at least 3 years in technical sales position.

· Foreign company strongly desired

· Experience in developing and managing sales channels is preferred

· Proactive, aggressive, initiative and anti-pressure capability

· Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
