The Sales Specialist proactively builds a loyal client base through outreach, follow-up communication, and exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, trends, and customer service, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring merchandise is properly presented, replenished, and organized, and assisting with inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention procedures.
Sales Specialists collaborate closely with store management and team members to support operational excellence, maintain a welcoming store environment, and uphold Rag & Bone's brand values.
