Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Sales Specialist to manage daily office operations while providing high-level sales, marketing, and event support. This hybrid role combines office coordination, project management, client hospitality, and creative sales support, making it ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

This position operates under a hybrid work model in Bentonville, AR.

  • Maintain daily office functionality, manage office supply inventory, oversee space allocations, and coordinate with building management for maintenance, acting as a point person for a new office buildout.

  • Act as the primary host and point of contact for visiting clients, external partners, and prospects while managing room bookings, meeting schedules, and AV equipment setup.

  • Organize, coordinate, and execute office events, team gatherings, and client meetings, including full logistics, setup, and catering management.

  • Track office and event budgets, source and negotiate rates with local caterers and vendors, and manage related purchasing.

  • Conduct market research, analyze data using standard procedures, compile clear reports to support business development, and apply brand knowledge to set up a client showroom.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4–5 years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Business Development, Marketing, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, editing, and proofreading skills, paired with a welcoming, highly professional demeanor for client interactions.

  • Proven track record in project management, organizing events, balancing competing priorities, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and meeting space logistics.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities paired with creative direction skills, brand/product management knowledge, and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
