What are the profiles we look for 

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, including cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and negotiating. 
  • You are capable of handling the full sales cycle from first interaction to signature of the deal. 
  • Success in this role is defined by new customers brought in and the revenue they generate. Your KPIs will be the new customers you can acquire, monthly revenue generated, and number of daily calls. 
  • You will be in constant contact with potential customers like freight forwarders and transport companies. 
  • You have an advanced level of English and are fluent in either Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch or German. 
  • You are a results-oriented person, motivated by bringing in new customers. 
  • You pick up things fast, such as knowledge about our product and our sales processes. 
  • You will be using Salesforce on a daily basis.

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Permanent contract (unless we specify it's temporary for parental or sick leave) 
  • Base Salary + Incentive 
  • Offices in Sant Cugat, Barcelona 
  • Hybrid model: 1 day a week in the office as rule of thumb 
  • 23 working days of holidays  
  • Birthday day off
