ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our product. This role will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the DACH region.

  • Identify market opportunities and conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls to maximize market exposure.
  • You will be in constant contact with potential customers like freight forwarders and transport companies.
    In your first year you are expected to be completing 95% of your sales target, having excellent knowledge of the sales process and having excellent knowledge of the platform
  • Success in this role is defined by the new customers brought and the revenue they generate 
  • In your first year you are expected to achieve your targets, develop an excellent knowledge of the sales process and of the platform
  • You will be using Salesforce in a daily basis
  • You will be measured by the number of new customers acquired, monthly revenue generated, number of daily calls, etc.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

  • A bachelor's degree (or proven hands on experience)
  • At least 1 years of experience working in B2B sales (service or software oriented ideally)
  • Native German
  • Fluent English OR Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
