·       Systematically plan sales coverage activities for the assigned customer at the designated territory.

·       Ensure effective customer coverage by adhering to the Planned Annual Rate (PAR) through scheduled calls to customers at their offices, work sites, or camps to meet the required minimum call targets across all customer categories.

·       Responsible for promoting the SDI Rental, Used, New, SEM and Parts & Services Merchandising Program such as CVA and SOS with the results and recommendations for each program promptly presented to customers.

·       To promote all sales, parts and service sales campaign launched by the SDI and ensure all customers are aware and understand the benefits of these campaigns.

·       Responsible for following up and updating assigned leads in Saleslink within the required timeframe and managing both leads and opportunities in the pipeline through closure or conversion.

·       Report competitive activities and lost sales promptly in SalesLink.

·       Responsible for collection of overdue debts of all customer accounts assigned to and for keeping the customer’s debts within his credit period on TIMELY basis.

·       Responsible for identifying and prospecting new customers to expand business opportunities and strengthen the customer base.

·       Participate in all trainings, meetings, Cat Dealer Performance Centre (DPC) online courses and certification etc to improve knowledge, skillset and competency.

To leverage VST tools as a key aid in the negotiation process with customers.

  • Familiarity with sales software like Saleslink
