Job Summary
This position provides business development support for the National Accounts Sales team. Responsible for leading the end-to-end sales process by navigating proposal execution, ensuring accuracy of deliverables, overseeing timeline adherence, partnering with key stakeholders, and efficiently producing an outstanding sales experience.
Accountable for internal execution of National Account new business sales strategy, sales messaging enhancements, proposal development, and external presentation coordination.
This is a Hybrid/Flex position working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.
Job Description:
- Serve as the business lead for the end-to-end sales process for new business opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Executive to develop a sales strategy for prospective new customers.
- Effectively lead the sales process by providing insight into the sales strategy, readying the enterprise, and holding internal teams accountable to meet market needs.
- Responsible for delivering a superior sales experience to prospective new customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of employer-sponsored healthcare concepts.
- Drive work forward by leading teams through uncertainty with a sense of urgency.
- Raise key business concerns/decisions/risks/issues/etc. and outline options, next steps, and contingency plans.
- Demonstrate clear communication virtually, written, and during meeting facilitation.
- Provide clear delegation and coaching to junior team members.
- Foster trusted relationships with sales executives and internal partners that increases cross team collaboration and increased productivity.
- Find opportunities to standardize repeatable processes, establish templates, and establish best practices to support our sales process.
- Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of products and services offered in our markets.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 3 years of experience in a managed care, consulting, sales or project management OR 7 years of experience.
- Experience developing communications, tools, processes or strategies.
- Knowledge of group healthcare/managed care trends, products, and industry.
- Knowledge of sales, tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of training strategies and implementation process.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting.
- Results track record.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare.
- Experience with healthcare sales and/or proposal execution.
- Experience working with senior leadership.

Base Pay Range$58,800.00 - $130,100.00
