This role is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of all entry point sales locations including airport kiosks, duty-free outlets, and border sales counters. The manager ensures these sales location run efficiently, deliver outstanding customer service, and achieve revenue, growth, and sales quality targets. This position plays a key role in capturing inbound customers, driving footfall through partnerships, and gaining market shared and maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed monthly gross add and revenue target.
- Drive market share growth through aggressive selling strategies.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations at all assigned locations (airports, duty-free, borders).
- Ensure kiosks are staffed, stocked, and run to highest operational standards.
- Coordinate closely with local authorities at border and airport locations to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Monitor and improve sales quality through rigorous processes and standards.
- Maintain clean, attractive store layouts to support positive mystery shopping outcomes.
- Oversee partner manpower agents and ensure sufficient staffing at all locations.
- Work with partner to hire the right calibers , train, and motivate frontline teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive continuous training, development, and performance discussions via regular review.
- Develop partnerships (e.g., travel agencies, airlines, hotels) to drive footfall to sales points.
- Anticipate major travel events and plan staffing and stock accordingly.
- Provide feedback and insights to senior management on market dynamics and areas for growth.
- Support internal and external audits to maintain compliance.
- Report and resolve operational issues in a timely and structured manner.
- Bachler’s Degree in Business or Administration equivalent
- The role has a high impact on achieving sales, revenue and customer service targets of the company

- Ensures all issues are reported timely and accurately, and ensure all issues are solved within permitted timeframe.
