Develops and manages strategic partnerships with government and enterprise accounts in Qatar to expand B2B2C sales. Coordinates account managers, direct and indirect sales, retail, and marketing teams; negotiates partnership agreements; generates qualified leads; organizes roadshows and field initiatives; supports targeted promotions; and drives sales of telecom, fiber, mobile broadband, home, and digital products.

Conduct telephone surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other research data collection activities. Engage respondents, follow structured methodologies, monitor quotas and response targets, prepare progress reports, validate and classify collected data, resolve data quality issues, maintain research documentation, and support interviewers with survey procedures and tools.

Leads design, development, customization, and deployment of Oracle Siebel Open UI solutions for telecommunications CRM. Manages development resources, assigns PBIs, assesses requirements, supports testing and production operations, prepares change requests and deployment guides, trains team members, and ensures adherence to technical best practices. Collaborates with Scrum Masters, product managers, domain managers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases and resolve risks or live-environment issues.

Owns product roadmap tracking and delivery coordination across technology, business, compliance, operations, and partners. Translates commercial and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, BRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Analyzes customer, merchant, market, competitor, and performance data to identify product gaps and prioritize improvements. Supports customer and merchant journeys, product launches, growth initiatives, and commercial planning within regulated digital financial-services environments.

Handles consumer and premium-client enquiries across phone, online, and in-person channels. Resolves service concerns, provides product information, monitors service-level performance, conducts satisfaction reviews, identifies sales opportunities, and escalates issues to internal teams. Maintains strong client relationships, collaborates cross-functionally, adapts under pressure, and meets customer experience and relationship targets.

Coordinate enterprise customer solution deliveries across fixed, mobile, and managed services. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, milestones, budgets, quality, customer acceptance, and first-bill validation. Conduct status updates, ensure timely implementation and revenue realization, track KPIs, and support delivery activities assigned by management.
