Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a mobile money app, merchant interfaces, and back-office tools. Define and execute product vision and roadmaps, support technical teams on platform performance and upgrades, champion customer experience, and identify industry trends to improve user journeys.

Lead a sales team to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly targets; build CXO relationships; maintain pipeline in Salesforce; coach and monitor team performance; support product design, cross-functional collaboration, and deal closures focused on profitable, high-value accounts in the GCC market.
