Manage end-to-end consumer mobile billing and payment operations, including bill-cycle monitoring, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, testing, production implementations, and timely postpaid bill dispatch. The role partners with commercial, customer experience, audit, product, marketing, and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and service quality. It also requires expertise in telecom billing, charging and rating systems, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, Microsoft tools, outsourced partner management, and people leadership.

Leads product strategy, roadmap execution, device and terminal portfolios, VAS and digital content services, loyalty programs, and associated P&L responsibilities. Oversees OEM, content-provider, and strategic partnerships; drives product launches, supply chain efficiency, revenue growth, customer engagement, and innovation. Manages three functional teams and establishes governance, KPIs, investment cases, and commercial strategies across mobile, broadband, converged services, devices, and value-added services.

Owns the digital channel strategy, roadmap, operations, and continuous improvement across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include launching digital services, optimizing customer journeys, coordinating UI/UX, technology, commercial, and vendor partners, analyzing channel performance, supporting campaigns, managing compliance and SLAs, and prioritizing improvements aligned with business strategy.

Own product roadmaps and backlogs across enterprise portals, web journeys, and chatbot experiences. Lead onboarding, account management, billing, payments, support, discovery, acquisition, self-service, and conversational journeys. Translate requirements into user stories, coordinate delivery dependencies and testing, approve release readiness, and use analytics, research, and feedback to improve adoption, usability, conversion, resolution, and customer outcomes.
