- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Foster cooperation with other departments,
including finance, marketing, and aftersales, to enhance the overall customer
experience and business efficiency.
- Issue Resolution and Lessons Learned
- Identify challenges at the deal level,
resolve issues, and share lessons learned to improve processes and customer
satisfaction.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence
- Ensure that all activities comply with
company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Team Culture and Values
- Promote a team-based and cooperative
atmosphere aligned with Scania’s values, ensuring a positive and collaborative
work environment.
- Financial Process Monitoring
- Follow up on Letter of
Guarantee (LG) and Letter of Credit (LC) processes to ensure timely and
accurate execution.
Requirements
• Relevant
high education bachelor degree is a must.
• Arabic and English language is a
must
• Relevant work experience in sales
minimum 10 years
• Knowledge of the heavy truck and
bus industry
• People management skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to build and manage
key relationships and deliver excellent customer service
