Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle lineup
- Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training
- Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Background in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
The annual earning potential for this role is $60,000-$80,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
