What You'll Do
Grow and Develop Your Territory
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities throughout Meridian and surrounding counties.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and referral partners.
Develop strategic relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other key industry professionals.
Drive Sales Performance
Create and execute a comprehensive territory business plan designed to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Utilize industry data, market intelligence, and CRM tools to identify high-potential prospects and opportunities.
Conduct effective prospecting through networking, referrals, social media engagement, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
Become a Trusted Resource
Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations, educational workshops, and product demonstrations both virtually and in person.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships, increase retention, and identify growth opportunities.
Represent the Brand
Maintain a strong presence within the local real estate community by attending industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and community activities.
Partner with marketing teams to develop localized campaigns, digital content, and social media strategies that increase visibility and market share.
Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for our products, services, and value proposition.
What You'll Bring
2–5+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, financial services, or a related industry.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions that create value.
Self-motivated, competitive, and highly accountable with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
Proven ability to develop business through prospecting, networking, and community involvement.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving market.
High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
