The OpportunityWe are hiring a Sales Representative in Malaysia to grow the business from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build, scale, and shape a national sales organization, while driving growth across key sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily, and corporate real estate.
What You’ll DoOwn Market GrowthDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies across key industries
Identify opportunities to expand market share and build new business
Strengthen Chem-Aqua's footprint in Malaysia
Engage key accounts at an executive level
Ensure high standards of service delivery, retention, and growth
Support the team on strategic and complex deals
Implement and embed Chem-Aqua’s “Gears of Selling” methodology
Lead weekly pipeline and strategy reviews
Ensure strong sales discipline, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
Use Salesforce to track, analyze, and improve performance
Lead structured training across:
Sales methodology
Technical expertise (water treatment systems)
Account management and customer engagement
Ensure teams achieve certification-level competency
Max. 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
Background in facilities services, water treatment, or related industries (preferred)
Hands-on in both strategy and field execution
Results-driven, disciplined, and highly accountable
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
