Summary
Timex Group Poland is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our offline business across selected areas and accounts in Poland. In this role, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners, drive sell-in and sell-out performance, and ensure strong brand presence at the point of sale through regular field visits and effective merchandising. Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in expanding market coverage, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
QualificationsResponsibilities
-
Deliver offline sales targets within the assigned territory by executing the commercial plan across both field activity (customer visits) and office-based follow-up (offers, order processing, and coordination).
-
Plan and execute an efficient weekly route, including regular account visits —prioritizing high-potential doors, new business opportunities, and key customer needs.
-
Conduct in-store visits to build relationships, present the Timex Group brand portfolio, and ensure strong execution: assortment, visibility, merchandising, and pricing compliance at point of sale; provide product training to store staff when needed to support sell-out.
-
Prepare offers, negotiate commercial terms within guidelines, and manage order collection and follow-up, coordinating internally to support on-time fulfillment.
-
From the office, monitor customer stock and sell-out indicators, and coordinate replenishment actions to maintain availability and reduce out-of-stocks in key stores.
-
Maintain sales reporting, analyze performance vs. targets, and share actionable market insights (customer feedback, competitor activity, pricing, and trends) with the Sales Manager.
-
Support field excellence through visit preparation, post-visit follow-up, and collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Supply/Operations, Finance) to resolve issues; represent the company professionally and help ensure a positive Timex Group brand image with customers.
Requirements
-
2–4+ years of experience in field sales / account management, ideally in consumer goods, or a branded retail environment (offline).
-
Experience in the watch, jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry is a strong asset, as is interest in watches or fashion.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with retail customers.
-
Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to plan routes, prioritize accounts, and manage follow-ups from the office.
-
Category B driving license and readiness for regular travel within the assigned territory.
-
Comfortable working with MS Office (especially Excel); able to prepare clear sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Good command of English (spoken and written) is an asset.
