The position integrates various responsibilities including finance, HR administration, office management, procurement, contract management, and travel management, supporting internal and external interactions.

Prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit royalty reports for licensed brands by extracting and analyzing revenue data from ERP and BI systems. Reconcile reporting to the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support audits. Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI/AI tools, partner with Finance/IT/Commercial/Master Data teams, and manage multiple reporting deadlines to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

The Demand Planner will develop forecasts, analyze inventory, collaborate with teams to align planning with goals, and support continuous improvement in processes.

Manage and develop relationships with retail partners in Poland, drive sales performance, execute commercial plans, and ensure brand presence.

Manage and grow Cruise/Travel Retail and Military channel accounts across Timex Group brands. Own order lifecycle, assortment and distribution planning, analyze POS and inventory data, prepare forecasts and business reviews, coordinate cross-functionally, and represent brands at trade shows and on-site visits.

The Analyst will support the Supply Chain FP&A team with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders.
