A Day in the LifeAs a Sales Representative in peripheral vascular surgery, you will work in a fast-growing and innovative area of medicine. This role gives you the chance to support better patient outcomes while promoting advanced endovascular products. If you are motivated and want to grow your career, this is a great opportunity to develop and make a real impact.You will work closely with vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists, providing commercial and technical support to ensure successful product use. This is a field-based role covering southern Poland, with regular travel required. Preferred location is Kraków. You will manage a portfolio of endovascular products, including stents, balloon catheters, atherectomy systems, distal protection devices, and embolization technologies.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Managing and developing relationships with key customers in the vascular and interventional community.
- Providing technical and clinical support during endovascular procedures in operating rooms and cath labs.
- Organizing product demonstrations, workshops, and physician training sessions.
- Preparing and managing commercial offers, tender submissions, and hospital negotiations.
- Ensuring strong brand and company representation within assigned territory.
- Attending medical congresses, conferences, and customer events.
- Effectively managing sales planning, reporting, and forecasting within assigned territory, monitoring market dynamics.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of medical devices, preferably in vascular, interventional, or cardiovascular fields.
- Experience in selling medical equipment and experience in hospital tender processes.
- Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience working in operating room or cath lab environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Full driving license (B category) and readiness for frequent travel within assigned territory.
- High motivation, independence, and results-oriented mindset.
