We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our Industrial Solutions team in Bangkok, Thailand.

What You’ll Do:
Join Diversey’s fast-growing Food & Beverage team as a Sales Representative, where you’ll build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver hands-on solutions across leading food and beverage businesses. Responsibilities:

  • Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s). 

  • Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising, to reinforce value proposition and brand equity. 

  • Hold monthly and quarterly review sessions with customers’ heads of department and location general managers.

  • Grow sales in geographic areas and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.

  • Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.

  • Liaise with the Technical Team to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Food science, Chemical, or related fields 

  • Experience 2 - 3 years as Sales related in Beverage / Dairy / Alcohol / Food industry

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, Solid demonstrated presentation skills 

  • Results-oriented with high sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook. 

  • Ability to implement problem-solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.

  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.

  • Able to communicate in English with Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
