Requirements:
* To develop regional market, increase market share; maintain key customers; develop new customers, and achieve individual sales targets.
* To sell and promote Flender product, system, solutions, service to responsible customers
* To conduct North Jiangsu area Flender and competitor marketing analysis, make 1~3 years business development plan.
* To fill customer data into SPV from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand, make efficient weekly working plan and monthly business reports to superior including proposals.
* To analyze the activities and behaviors of competitors in the Mechanical Drives Industry focused branch customers and market
* To conduct presentation of Mechanical Drives product independently
* To submit all kinds of reports and analysis data on time.
* To keep good communication and cooperation with another team
Qualifications:
* 3 years+ sales working experience in relevant areas
* Tegrity, honesty and loyalty, can work under pressure
* Willing to take initiative and active thinking
* Quick learner and with good business sense
* Basic English reading, writing and speaking
