Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at The Pharmacy Hub. This role is essential for gathering key client information, accurately entering data into our CRM system, and qualifying leads for the Account Management team. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales and customer relationship management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle initial outreach and inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Collect and document detailed client information and needs.
  • Accurately input and update client data in the company CRM in a timely manner.
  • Qualify leads and refer them to Client Service and Account Managers for follow-up.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the intake process.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
  • Provide administrative support related to client management activities.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company offerings and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Up to 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is desirable but not required.
  • Availability to work 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday, onsite.

This is a full-time position, working 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday

This is a 100% onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available

Pay Range
$60,000$70,000 USD
