Job Summary:
The BDR will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at The Pharmacy Hub. This role is essential for gathering key client information, accurately entering data into our CRM system, and qualifying leads for the Account Management team. This role will utilize a strong working knowledge of the industry and TPH services to ensure all inbound leads are serviced correctly, while also building an outreach strategy to reach new clients and expand the TPH footprint in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to uptake company CRM, business tools, and industry/competitor intelligence.
- Strong attention to detail, specifically for new customer accounts and inquiries.
- Comfortability in working independently and interdepartmentally as required.
- Accurate input and updates of client data into company CRM with attention to accuracy.
- Efficiently qualify leads and collaborate with Account Managers throughout sales cycle.
- Maintain consistent communication with new clients throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
- Provide administrative support related to client management activities.
- Continuously update knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Up to 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support roles.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is desirable but not required.
- Availability to work 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday, onsite.
