Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for detailing of Haleon products using expert campaigns carried out in the designated geographical area, in order to obtain maximum notoriety, accessibility, visibility and recommendation at the points of sale/recommendation, respecting the commercial/marketing/expert strategy.

Role Responsibilities

Visits to clients

  • Effectively plan working days and ensure that they visit designated clients with maximum efficiency and minimum cost (optimization of routes, etc.).

  • Responsible for the implementation of expert/marketing/commercial strategies and the achievement of individual and company objectives.

  • Meets the objectives of the number of visits according to the Haleon visit model, visit frequency and other assigned objectives.

  • Creating, maintaining and developing the relationship with clients in the assigned territory.

  • Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with opinion leaders in the designated territory.

  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

  • Responsible for the implementation of actions to promote the Haleon brands to consumers.

Brands detailing

  • Detailing in order to increase the recommendation of Haleon products in the designated territory.

  • Organization of meetings, congresses, symposiums where Haleon's participation is required.

Visibility

  • Responsible for the allocation and placement of promotional materials to obtain maximum visibility. Obtaining the maximum level of visibility for products and promotional materials.

  • Participation in all mandatory events organized by Haleon (Cycle Meeting, Regional Meetings, etc.)

  • Prepares the monthly statement.

  • Responsible for the fulfilment of the mentioned attributions and responsibilities, to the quality parameters provided for the position and to the deadlines established by the management of the department.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree preferably in Medical/Pharmacy/Economics/ Business Administration.

  • Relevant sales/detailing experience in Pharma OTC/Generic for at least 2 years.

  • Native Romanian and intermediate English language skills.

  • Knowledge of PC operation (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, reporting systems).

  • Driving license level B.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct expert detailing to HCPs

  • Ability to give presentations (group presentations, round tables, etc.) to clients

  • The ability to analyse and work with numbers (customer reports, orders, stocks, invoices, payment terms, delivery times, large number of customers)

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Very good skills in building the relationship with the client.
