What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and help them choose the right flooring solution.
- Close sales using warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling or door knocking.
- Create a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.
Training and Support
- 4-week hands-on training program, with the first 2 weeks fully paid.
- Start earning commission on your very first appointment.
- Draws available.
- 5-6 day per week schedules available.
Compensation and Rewards
- First-year average earnings of $70K+, top performers reach $158K.
- 100% uncapped commission plus draw.

Skills Required
- Willingness to meet homeowners in their homes and conduct in-person consultations
- Ability to close sales using company-provided leads
- Availability to work around customers' schedules, including weekends and some evenings
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, confident, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to participate in a 4-week hands-on training program (first 2 weeks paid)
