What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while creating a professional, welcoming, and straightforward experience.

You will:

  • Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and priorities

  • Build genuine relationships through strong communication and active listening

  • Help customers explore available vehicles, features, and technology

  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email

  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity within dealership systems

  • Partner with sales leadership and other departments to support a smooth purchasing experience

  • Stay informed about Toyota products, available inventory, and current programs

  • Represent Wilde Toyota with professionalism, energy, and integrity

  • Work toward individual and dealership performance goals
