Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to ensure excellence in execution by monitoring the activities of distributors sales representatives and merchandizing team on compliance with agreed service scope and levels, visit appointed region stores and track Perfect Store in AFS. Improve store equipment and Perfect Store compliance. Focus on local organised trade.
Ensures visits to specificly agreed region stores, with focus on locally organised trade (Traditional stores)
Sets, evaluates, measures and controls merchandizing KPI's with agreed service scope and level.
Develops, consults, motivates, coaches and supports the regional distributors sales representatives and merchandizing teams.
AFS system key user. Ensures high-quality and timely data entry on daily bases, KPI's and new routes entry on periodicly bases.
Develops and implements agreed equipment in stores. Monitors equipment orders and use.
Reports the instore performance, execution, planograms and validates quarterly sales incentive achievements.
Leads sales events implementation process and shares feedback about results.
Develops, controls, evaluates and measures Mars Perfect Store standards in stores. Ensures Sales representatives team has all necessary tools to reach the targets.
Contributes to the S&OP process with feedback and recommendations.
Participates in all crucial territory/country meetings with merchandizing & distributors sales representative teams and inside Mars organization .
What are we looking for?
Higher (university) or college degree
At least 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Lithuanian language required, English is an advantage
Valid Category B driver’s license
