Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and service.

  • Develop technical and selling skills to meet customer needs.
  • Identify business opportunities within the territory while maintaining existing business.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the territory and market potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Develop and execute the sales plan once the proposed forecast is approved.
  • Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Use selling skills to meet customer needs and achieve territory sales targets through regular customer contact.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure all territory activities are performed professionally and in compliance with AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain accurate territory and customer records.
  • Attend regular departmental meetings and support continuous feedback mechanisms

Qualifications

  • Specialty experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years sale experience un relevant filed is must 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to drive higher performance.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others, including those without direct authority.
  • Strong professional knowledge, selling skills, territory management, and execution.
  • Agility and accountability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk, with the ability to make high-quality decisions with limited information.
