Why This Role Matters
As a Sales Representative for Passenger Tires in the wholesale channel, you will drive Goodyear’s growth by building strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail sales points. By providing expert product advice, implementing promotional initiatives, and representing Goodyear in the market, you will directly contribute to business success and strengthen Goodyear’s presence across your region.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail points to drive sales growth
Provide expert consulting on Goodyear’s product portfolio, focusing on premium and segment A tires
Implement and monitor sales support programs, promotional activities, and loyalty initiatives
Ensure optimal product and promotional material display at retail locations
Analyze sales results and identify opportunities for growth
Report activities, performance, and insights in the CRM system (SAP C4C)
Represent Goodyear at industry meetings, trainings, and events
What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications
Secondary education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a field-based, customer-facing role
Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently across a defined territory
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive, tire, or related industry
Understanding of wholesale and retail distribution channels
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. SAP C4C)
