As a Sales Representative – Orthopedics, you will drive growth of Stryker’s Orthopedics (specifically Trauma) portfolio across the Cluj-Napoca territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

What will you do
Promote and grow Stryker’s Orthopedics portfolio within the assigned territory (Cluj-Napoca)
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders
Organize and deliver product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to existing and prospective customers
Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity
Support customers in selecting solutions that align with clinical needs and available budgets
Manage sales forecasts, tender opportunities, contract proposals, and customer follow-up activities
Partner closely with internal teams including Logistics and Customer Service to ensure smooth product delivery, invoicing, and inventory management
Participate in local and regional exhibitions, congresses, and educational events to represent the Stryker brand and portfolio
What will you need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare stakeholders
Professional Romanian and English language skills, both written and spoken
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedics or Trauma medical device sales is a nice to have
