The Role

First Quality was founded in 1989 and has grown to be a global privately held company with over 4,000 employees. First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.

We are seeking a Sales Representative, Homecare for our First Quality Products, LLC.  This position will be responsible for building strong relationships with our top customers. Working collaborating with internal team to hunt and retain business by clearly creating and communicating value. This role will be responsible for execution of our value proposition to ensure customer satisfaction and drive the successful adoption of our products and services. The Sales Representative – Home Care acts as a trusted advisor, advocating for the customer while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value and achieve business outcomes.

   

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Clearly communicate First Quality value proposition in all interactions with prospective and potential customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing the customer sales and marketing goal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business objectives and challenges to proactively drive product and program adoption and value realization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction, execution and sales retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, programs or people services
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to customer success. Utilize sales reports and data to analyze business to determine customer needs and develop and communicate plan to support business and customer needs.
  • Conduct quarterly customer training, education and product updates.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 1 year of Sales Experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Comfortable and effective presenter digitally and virtually.
  • Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Creative thinking, possess ability to resolve critical problems  
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Understanding of Healthcare industry and current with trends.

Travel within Territory as needed and some travel outside of territory for meetings and industry events. Expect 50% overnight travel.
