Are you ready to thrive in the exciting world of insurance sales? We're looking for a confident and passionate Risk Advisor to join our team! As a licensed Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for closing a targeted number of sales from leads, prospects, and policyholders. With access to multiple carriers, you'll provide prospects with the best coverage at the best pricing.

But that's not all! As a Risk Advisor, you'll also:

  • Handle warm inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads with ease
  • Assess customer’s insurance needs (Home, Auto, Umbrella) and suggest coverages based on a need/exposure assessment
  • Finalize sales and coordinate collection of deposits while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria
  • We believe in rewarding hard work, so in addition to a competitive base pay of $41,600, you'll also receive an enticing commission. But that's not all!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • We will consider a variety of experiences to include current licensed agents, restaurant, car sales, phone sales, or any customer facing position that requires strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making calls and talking to people on the phone all day!!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8-5 and one Saturday per month 9-1
