As we continue to grow our commercial footprint in Greece, we are expanding our sales team and are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative that will grow with us. 

The Role 

As a Sales Representative, you will support the growth of Sphynx in the Greek market by identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and contributing to the full sales cycle. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in ICT, cybersecurity, or networking sales who want to deepen their exposure to complex, consultative B2B environments. 

You will work closely with senior sales colleagues, technical teams, and marketing to build a strong pipeline and develop trusted relationships with customers. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and engage new B2B prospects across targeted industries 
  • Support the sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal and deal closure 
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders 
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate solution value 
  • Track opportunities, activities, and pipeline using CRM tools 
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs in ICT and cybersecurity 

Requirements

What you bring

  • University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales within ICT, cybersecurity, networking, or related technology sectors 
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity technologies and solutions 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented way 
  • Strong organisational skills and follow-up discipline 
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and develop a career in technology sales 
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken)
