Sales Regional Manager, Consumer (M/F)

based in Krapkowice.

What is the job that awaits you?

You will be part of a pan-European commercial team and your main duty will be to lead and support Account Managers to achieve sales targets, enhance end customer relationships and drive business growth through effective team management and strategic sales execution.

Your main responsibilities on this job:

  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer engagement with end customers
  • Coach, train, and manage performance to develop team members’ skills and effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison between field sales and account management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives
  • Support key customer relationships and assist in resolving complex sales challenges

What are we expecting of you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or another relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong people leadership capabilities
  • Solid understanding of field sales execution, customer engagement, and regional sales management
  • Ability to support complex customer cases and ensure alignment between field sales and account management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to manage sales targets and team performance effectively
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence
