The role manages prioritization, resourcing, suppliers, budgets, and stakeholder alignment while coaching data engineers and architects. It requires strong expertise in Azure Databricks, enterprise cloud data platforms, data modeling, integration, security, AI-ready data products, and data warehouse modernization.

Develop and industrialize production-grade AI and machine learning solutions across Metsa Group. Responsibilities include AI application development, model deployment, MLOps, CI/CD, cloud integration, monitoring, optimization, governance, and responsible AI. The role integrates AI into business processes, applications, APIs, digital services, and data platforms while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Owns SAP reporting and analytics solutions, including data models, queries, planning, and reporting layers. Acts as Product Owner for supply chain analytics development, prioritizing backlogs and translating business needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities include guiding external vendors, validating designs and deliverables, resolving complex L3 issues, ensuring quality and architectural alignment, maintaining documentation, and supporting solution handover and training.
