- Build role-specific TAMs and prioritized sourcing strategies across target companies, talent communities, geographies, referrals, and direct outreach channels.

- Provide hiring leaders with actionable pipeline insights, including source mix, stage movement, pass-through rates, representation, risks, and recommended interventions.
- Help improve GTM recruiting systems, playbooks, calibration practices, and team operating rhythms as the organization scales.
- You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally hiring across multiple GTM functions and levels in a high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or similarly complex environment.
- You have strong command of GTM talent profiles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions/Pre-Sales roles, and can identify the signals that predict success in each.
- You are skilled at building TAMs, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and converting market insights into qualified, diverse slates.
- You bring sound recruiting judgment and can balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and business priorities in ambiguous or changing conditions.
- You are a strong consultative partner who can influence hiring leaders, facilitate calibration, and communicate clear recommendations backed by evidence.
- You are metrics-oriented and operationally disciplined, with a track record of maintaining clean processes and using data to improve recruiting outcomes.
- You are energized by building in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making recruiting better for candidates, hiring teams, and fellow recruiters.
