Fleet Farm is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Reconciliation Coordinator to join our Sales Audit team at our Store Support Center in Appleton, WI. In this role, you’ll help ensure sales transactions are accurate, payments are properly accounted for, and discrepancies are identified and resolved. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and working independently in a detail-focused environment.
What You'll Do- Reconcile fuel sales by comparing sold versus pumped gallons and researching discrepancies.
- Review sales, funding, store, and supporting reports to ensure transactions are accurately accounted for.
- Complete pay-at-pump fuel reports and identify missing transactions or discrepancies.
- Submit Help Desk tickets when significant discrepancies require additional investigation.
- Reconcile car wash transactions, including credit card and cash sales.
- Verify funding received and cross-check transactions against supporting reports and systems.
- Identify and help correct transactions when the system does not process them correctly.
- Communicate with stores and internal teams to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with the Inventory team and other departments as needed.
- Cross-train on additional reconciliation responsibilities to provide team coverage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and comfort working with numbers.
- Microsoft Office and Excel experience.
- Excel skills beyond the beginner level; PivotTables and macros are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on detailed work.
- Comfortable asking questions, identifying issues, and communicating with stores and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Skills Required
- Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, reconciliation, auditing, retail, banking, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
