Position Summary:
This position will support the National Lease Sales team by providing vehicle specification, rating and contract document support.  This includes partnering with Vehicle Supply, Vehicle Applications, Vehicle Planning, vendors, national lease sales associates and sales leadership to create custom solutions that meet Penske’s and our customers’ expectations while maintaining D.O.T. compliance.
 
This is an on site position 4 days per week at our Corporate Headquarters in Reading, PA and 1 day of work from home per week. 
 
Major Responsibilities:
• Enhance the sales experience and minimize misbuilds by ensuring vehicles are built/spec'd properly with assistance from various internal and external partners
• Ensuring vehicles are built/spec’d properly to the customer’s requirements
• Structure all deals in a streamlined manner to best benefit all customers involved
• Create & modify vehicle specs
• Create & modify rate sheets
• Create & modify contract documents 
• Providing additional support for complex deal items including:
  - Source updated quotes from vendors
  - Compare & Translate OE or Competitor specs
  - Submit change orders
  - Assist sales associates with questions
• Other projects as provided by the supervisor

 
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required 
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.  If no degree, equivalent work experience is required
• 3 years of work experience preferred
• Vehicle specification knowledge
• CRM Experience
• Advanced communication skills, verbal and written required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point required
• Advanced organizational skills
• Intermediate presentation skills
• Intermediate teamwork skills
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
