Sales Project Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting new potential clients, driving business growth, providing expert consultations, and ensuring strong collaboration with brokers.

What will your role be:

• Actively seek out new potential credit insurance clients in the Lithuanian business market.
• Take full ownership of the sales process: proactively search for new customers or handle broker referrals, arrange sales meetings with potential clients and negotiate agreement terms.
• Prepare client analyses, present projects to decision-makers and deliver solution to the client.
• Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management topics.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Build strong partnerships with trade credit insurance brokers.

• Motivated and customer-oriented mindset.
• Focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience working in banks, insurance, or credit collection is desirable.
• Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a big advantage.
• Professional Lithuanian and English level (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
